Samantha Leage
A northwest transplant, Samantha grew up in Colorado. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and then went on to receive her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. Samantha was admitted to the Washington bar in 2008. She is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington Defender Association. Before entering private practice, Samantha worked as a public defender downtown Seattle at Associated Counsel for the Accused. Managing a high volume misdemeanor caseload, she gained invaluable experience while serving Washington's indigent population. Samantha is a patient and dedicated advocate who will work to achieve the best possible outcome in your case. When she is not in court, Samantha enjoys reading, singing, and gaming.

Holli Giffin
Holli has been practicing law for nearly 10 years in King County. She graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2003 and served the community by practicing law with Associated Counsel for the Accused. While working at ACA she represented over 1600 clients charged with all levels of crimes. She has a strong commitment to her clients and always works with them to attain desired outcomes. Due to her comprehensive experience in criminal defense, she understands how to effectively analyze cases. She will guide you through the process, explain the various steps, and ensure you are comfortable while going through this difficult time.
As a native of Washington, she has close ties to the criminal defense legal community in King County and surrounding areas. Her practice at ACA encompassed all levels of criminal defense work, with a special emphasis working with juvenile offenders. She has worked extensively with both adults and juveniles and has a strong commitment to providing the highest level of service. She is an experienced defense attorney that will always deliver the highest quality of service.
